The BAX® System Real-time STEC Panel 1 is a validated real-time PCR STEC test that identifies and differentiates E. coli serogroups O26, O111, and O121 in food and environmental samples. Designed for beef processors, dairy manufacturers, and produce operations, this STEC PCR assay delivers definitive results in approximately 55 minutes of processing time. AOAC-RI and AFNOR certified across multiple matrices including raw beef trim, ground beef, raw dairy products, and vegetables, the assay offers high sensitivity detection at 10^4 CFU/mL with built-in internal positive controls for reliable, audit-ready STEC testing.
