The Helica® Fumonisin Hydro ELISA is a quantitative fumonisin test kit engineered for grain and feed laboratories requiring accurate mycotoxin screening. This fumonisin rapid test kit uses a water-based extraction protocol, eliminating methanol handling for most matrices including corn, corn gluten meal, DDGS, barley flour, and soybean. The competitive ELISA format detects fumonisins B1, B2, and B3 with a quantification range of 0.1 to 6.0 ppm and recovery rates between 82% and 121%.
