The foodproof® Beer Screening 1 LyoKit is an advanced beer PCR test kit delivering comprehensive beer spoilage detection for brewery quality control. This multiplex real-time assay enables beer Lactobacillus detection along with Pediococcus detection, Pectinatus, and Megasphaera screening in a single run. Unique hop resistance gene testing identifies horA and horC markers to predict which organisms are most likely to spoil finished beer. With analytical sensitivity of 1-10 CFU/mL and under 40 minutes hands-on time, breweries gain reliable spoilage screening with minimal workflow disruption.
