Overview
CrossCheck is a rapid bioluminescent test for meat testing solutions that verifies cooking efficiency by measuring acid phosphatase (ACP) activity. Designed for meat processors and food service professionals, CrossCheck confirms thermal processing adequacy in cooked meat, poultry, and fish products. The test detects as little as 0.1% raw meat residue using the 5-minute optimum protocol or 1% with the 2-minute quick test. CrossCheck also enables raw meat residue detection on food contact surfaces for cross-contamination monitoring. Compatible with EnSURE® Touch and SystemSURE Plus luminometers, it delivers quantitative results in RLU for objective pass/fail decisions.
