The foodproof® Gluten Detection Kit is a real-time PCR solution for qualitative and quantitative gluten detection in food products. Designed for food manufacturing and confectionery laboratories, this kit detects DNA from wheat, spelt, Khorasan wheat, rye, barley, and triticale with exceptional sensitivity down to 0.1 ppm. Complete results in approximately 115 minutes enable same-day product release decisions. The integrated internal control and UNG contamination prevention ensure reliable results in validated matrices including chocolate and spices. Compatible with major real-time PCR platforms and supports EU regulation 1169/2011 compliance.
