Overview
The Allergen Entry Kit is a first allergen programme next to your ATP tests. No instrument needed: every test reads by eye, on the line, in minutes.
In the kit. 2 x AllerSnap® allergen detection swab for protein residue (ASY0292, 100 swabs per box), 1 x AlerTox® Sticks Peanut (KIT3094, 10 tests) and 1 x AlerTox® Sticks Casein (KIT3021, 10 tests).
How it works. Swab food-contact surfaces after cleaning with AllerSnap: a colour change shows protein residue that can carry allergens. Where peanut or milk is handled, confirm the changeover with the AlerTox Sticks lateral flow test, specific to peanut and casein.
Bundle price. About 5 % below the four items bought separately. Ships at room temperature: no cold pack needed.
