AllerFlow Gluten is a rapid lateral flow gluten tester device designed for detecting gluten residue on environmental surfaces. Purpose-built for food manufacturing allergen control programs, this gluten swab test kit delivers visual results in just 10 minutes with 5 ug per swab sensitivity. The self-contained design requires no pipettes, scales, or lab equipment, enabling any team member to perform surface gluten testing during production changeovers. AllerFlow detects toxic fractions from wheat, barley, rye, and oats while showing no cross-reactivity with soy, rice, corn, or nuts. Ideal for post-cleaning verification and shared equipment monitoring.
