Optimized pH conditions (7.2±0.2) ensure reliable pathogen recovery from challenging matrices including beef, spinach, and environmental samples. With validated protocols delivering next-day results for BAX® System Q7 and X5 instruments, laboratories gain faster hold-and-release decisions. The prepared broth remains stable for two weeks at 2-8°C, supporting batch preparation and operational efficiency.

    Which swab works with my luminometer?
